He differs between heterogene and homogene groups. The more heterogene you are as a group the less you communicate.
Diversity, leads to less communication, leads to conflict.
What does that mean to innovation.

First of all: this is great, Hans-Henrik! It seems to be a really interesting and content-rich conference - I am happy I can follow it on the sideline ![]()
However, do you mean what you post above;

I would have thought it was the other way around…maybe just a typing mistake.
